Customer Service and PayPal Management
Customer service is an interesting subject. I make money with PayPal, but I like to do so in a way that makes people happy with the product they purchase. That way, my refund rates are at an all time low and my customers are satisfied with what they get. If you don’t know how to give wonderful customer service then you might consider pursuing a different career. By the way, have you ever considered affiliate marketing? This is a great way to avoid customer service because you’re promoting other people’s products. I like that much better than dealing with customers. Just a thought…
