Security is one among the hierarchy of the needs of man, and it comes after the physiological needs. It is human nature to want to feel secure. So, while people buy something, to make them feel secure about the product that they buy, warranties are issued by the seller. Similarly, a Factory Extended Warranty is a warranty or assurance that is covered by the manufacturers or the factories themselves. An factory extended warranty may not always be useful as much damage does not occur within the specified period and the money paid for the warranty adds up to the profit of the sellers. This is beneficial to the factories.
