Out Bidding the Competition
I was at the library reading up on my business when I ran across a fascinating article. The article was about a company that was in the process of purchasing one of their competitors. The CEO of the buying company said that he never makes an acquisition without first bringing in a team of online marketing experts. He uses this team to assess the online viability of their operations. If the sales are not at a certain level, he will not continue with the deal. This mindset has proved to be quite successful, as this company has made some great purchases, with more to come.
