Outsourcing is valuable for growing a small business
One of the biggest challenges for every business owner is to take the small business to the next level. Often you get bogged down in the day to day operations and lose sight of the bigger picture. I recently hired a coach to assist me in this regard. One of the things that he suggested that I do is to outsource all non essential services that are taking up my time. My focus is best directed at growing the small business and implementing strategic initiatives. This will help to grow the small business to the next level and reduce any time that I spend on non essential activities that can be better taken care of by external services.
