Personal Touch
I am always looking for ways to make my clients feel like they are very important, because they are. A business needs clients to stay in business and a personal touch is the way I like to stay connected with my clients. I am looking for a way to keep my web marketing from being too impersonal because it is on the web. I want my website to show that I truly do take the time to make my clients feel personally touched by what my business does. It is hard on such a mass stage to keep things intimate, but it is very important.
