The coolest thing to me is my name in another language. I know how to write my name in several different languages. I have a few name rings that my father got me overseas which has my name in Arabic and in English. It is a great conversation started when someone sees my ring and asks me what it says. I can write the alphabet in Arabic, and it is so different than ours. I love my muck boots and how they make my life outdoors so much easier. However, I wish I could find ones in colors. I’m not sure they even make them in a multitude of colors, but I think they should. I think it would make it so much more fun to wear my muck boots if I had them in green or hot pink! Don’t you think that would be fun. I also think they would sell a whole bunch more, maybe even become fashionable. However, even though mine are black I still love them and can’t imagine my life without them.

I am supposed to write a paper for one of my university courses on some aspect of the history of the Catholic church. I am not quite sure what I want to write about yet, but I am looking for church history resources while I am considering my options. I want to write a really good paper, and could use all the help I can get. If anyone has a good idea for a paper topic, or a good idea of resources I could use to learn more about history and how the Catholic church played a role in it I would really appreciate it.

I was very lucky in my divorce because my ex-wife and I were able to settle our divorce ourselves. Moving into a new home is a big undertaking and should be planned well in advance if time allows.  But, in the real world, time does not always allow.  We were told we had to vacate our apartment on very short notice due to an impending disaster.  I have heard of this happening to others, but never thought about it happening to us.  We are newlyweds so we don’t have much, but I really wanted to save my Breyer Model Horses collection that my grandmother started for me when I was two.  So my husband took all our towels and washcloths and wrapped the horses in them and placed them in pillowcases, laundry baskets and anything else he could find.  He saved them all.  I love that man.
