Baby steps to a better you
Everything in life is done in baby steps. If you try to take bigger steps you will overstep your comfort zone at some point. When you take baby steps you give yourself, your mind, your body the chance it needs to get used to the last step before acquisition of the next step. Big steps don’t allow for this to happen because at some point the information becomes overwhelming. The best weight loss program will always tell you to take baby steps and to build up tolerances for things that your not used to like eating less snacks and saturated fats.
