Breakfast isn’t only for the thin. If you plan to lose weight and think that losing weight means skipping breakfast then think again. Mothers always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Have a healthy meal in the morning to jump-start your metabolism. Five small-serving snacks per day is better than three hearty meals. Eating more frequently, and in small servings, can prevent over-eating. Often it happens that weight loss isn’t immediately noticeable through weight so don’t get discouraged. You’ll be there sooner if you are consistent with the weight loss program. Many dieters will deny themselves anything naughty such as chocolate, cakes and so on. Trouble is, when you deny yourself something, you want it more.
