Exercising to Keep it Off

I am working on losing weight, along with some of my friends and family who also need to lose. Even though I have a degree in nutrition, my husband still doesn’t listen to me. He is more likely to try things like weight loss pills and drinks than to change his eating habits for good. He needs to get a “Fat Loss 4 Idiots” book. Most studies show that life style changes are best for keeping off the weight, as well as exercising. So I have started eating better and exercising, and have lost as much as he has, but I am more likely to keep it off.
