Sleep Techniques For Shift Workers

It is usually the shift workers who are having a hard time sleeping during the day.  Here are some Sleep Techniques for shift workers.  Achieving a good night sleep during the day is very difficult because of the sunlight.  Try to make your bedroom absolutely dark.  If you can see any sunlight in one side, try to cover it with a thick curtain, or you can also use a thick towel or blanket.  You can also wear sleep mask or shades to avoid the light.  When you are at work, make your working area very bright.  This will trick your mind into thinking that it is daylight.
