Spend Time working all of your mid Section
Just focusing on working out your abdominal muscles and ignoring the rest of your body is like eating a diet of only carbohydrates and ignoring the fact that you also need to get vegetables and other nutrients. I never thought about it this way but after reading a recent the truth about abs review I recognized that just working your abdominals isn’t the way to develop a great 6 pack. So I needed to start focusing on my diet, fat burning exercises and more then just those sit ups and crunches. Changing what I ate and eating more often has changed my metabolic rate enough that I burn more fat without doing any more exercise.
