The only effective weight loss…
Losing weight is not the hardest part…keeping the weight off is. For effective weight loss it is always important to keep in mind that you are not dieting but that you are learning new eating habits that you will continue to follow for the rest of your life. The old diet and then go back and eat the same old way does not work. People go back to their old eating habits and gain all of their weight back and then some. In order to keep it off you need to change your triggers and eating habits and learn to eat better, healthier foods.
