What Comes Next?
I have started noticing a few prostate cancer symptoms, mainly having to urinate often and painful urination, so I have made an appointment with my doctor to have some tests. What comes next? I am assuming the doctor will do some tests to determine whether I might have prostate cancer or if it is one of the other medical conditions involving the prostate. If I understand correctly what I heard from my doctor, if these tests show a likelihood of prostate cancer they might have to do a biopsy to determine whether it definitely is prostate cancer, and if so how far along it might be.
