I never thought I would see the day when I would need to purchase a 13 door mailbox. Me and my husband just made the investment of a lifetime. We purchased a mobile home trailer site that houses twelve mobile homes. There is also one that is used for office purposes. We have always dreamed of owning rental properties, and this venture sort of fell into our lap. We’ve had to make some improvements such as buying a new mailbox for the site and other changes such as changing the name and signage of the property. We feel it will yield big returns with the amount of rent we will be collecting, so this is really a dream come true.
