Call Me a Skeptic
I am as frustrated with the rising cost of gas as everyone else. I hate having to spend hundreds of dollars every month to drive my car to work and to get my kids to school. I am not convinced, however, that cars will be running on water any time soon. Water4gas is an excellent idea. Changing your car to run more efficiently is something I would be open to in the future, but I am skeptical and would require some real convincing. Also, I would be afraid of doing something to my car which would make it unsafe to drive.
