If your dog suffers from joint pain
If you have a dog which suffers from a lot of joint pain — this would especially be the case if you have an older dog at home — then you need to take great care when you are looking over various types of dog beds for them. It is absolutely critical to the health and comfort of your dog that you choose a bed with extra thick and soft cushions or mattress. If your dog has difficulty in rising from a sitting position, you should make sure that they will not sink down too far into the bed in such a way that it will make it difficult for them to get out of their bed when they need to.
