Some Manufacturers Going Bankrupt
Care needs to be taken when you begin to shop around for smoke and gas detectors. Some companies that manufacture smoke and gas detectors have went into bankruptcy and are no longer in business. The products that they produced are now beginning to become obsolete. Most companies have taken these products off of their shelves and no longer carry them. However there are still some places that these products can be bought such as e-bay and other online sites and warning needs to be given to all consumers to be wary when purchasing certain types of smoke or gas detector products.
