My husband and I went to the bank to try to get a home loan. We were truend down. We went to the credit union, and we were turned down there also. We went to a finance company, and we got a negative answer from the folks there too. We thought our dream home would have to wait until our credit rating improved a bit. We were diappointed and upset. An unfortunate turn of events caused our credit to be damaged. We thought about it for some time and decided that there is always the option of adverse bad credit mortgages. We can wait until our creidt improves to buy a home, or we can secure financing by working with a company that specializes in loaning money to people like us. I think we are going to try to get a home now.
