Discover More With a Roman Emperors Timeline
Most of the time, when people think about a Roman Emperor, I can just about guarantee you that they would only be able to name one, Julius Ceasar. Well, okay… It might be possible that plenty of folks know about Augustus or Tiberius. An excellent way to look at it all is to study a Roman Emperors timeline. However, back to the subject of Ceasar. It is actually a debated point as to whether or not he was actually considered to be the first Roman Emperor, or if his position as Dictator is actually to be considered a continuation of the Roman Republic. It is a point that some scholars and the like debate still today.
