Gamefly Best Video Game Rental Service?
Video game rentals have really picked up this year, probably due to the rising costs in games, and the ease and availability of mail in services.
Several services have launched over the past year or so, but have any of them measured up to the gaming rental behemoth, Gamefly?
Most of these services have one location, which makes shipping the games a problem, when the customer is located on the other side of the continent. When a user on the East Coast is looking for video game rentals from a company on the West Coast, shipping times can really drag out.
Gamefly themselves were shackled by this problem early on, and have since opened other distribution centers to alleviate the long waits. These newer services are now playing catch-up, and aren’t able to supply the games as quickly as gamefly. Not yet, anyway.
