Hair and makeup
It was my anniversary, we were married 25 years ago to the day and I wanted to get my hair and makeup done. At one point I thought about getting my hair done the same way I had it done on our wedding day. Then I rethought that and decided that it would not look as good that way. It was really fun to pamper myself for our anniversary. It was like giving myself an anniversary gift for me. I rarely take the time to do things like that and it was nice to primp and get my style updated.
