Why is a warm up important for turbulence training?

When you are doing any kind of fitness program, a major important step is the warm up before the actual workout. The turbulence training program has a set warm up that has to be done before anything else. This warm up is very important because it helps to stretch out your body in order to get ready for the actual exercise. It’s similar to cooking in the fact that you would not just put a chicken in the pan to cook. You would have to season it and spread it with butter in order to get it ready for the oven. You have to get your body and breathing ready for any type of exercise.
