Customer Service with Dish Network vs. Direct TV
When choosing a satellite television service provider, one important consideration is their customer service department and the process by which to contact them. Which satellite television service provider has the better customer service department: Dish Network vs Direct TV? Is it easier to contact the customer service department of one company than the other? Can both customer service divisions be contacted via the internet? If so, are emails answered promptly? If one must contact customer service by phone, is this an easy process?
