When I was Young
I hate to be one of those wistful, older adults who has to always talk about what they had to do without when they were young. Of course, I grew up with many wonderful things that weren’t around when my parents were young and I am thankful for all of those. But I couldn’t buy digital cameras when I was thirteen. A time when taking fun pictures of my friends was of the utmost importance. We had to take our goofy pictures and then hope someone’s parent would haul them to the drug store and shell out the money for film developing. Digital cameras are wonderful and I would have loved to have owned one growing up.
